Tell Us About Your Project
Metal · Theatrical Performance / Stage
In live theatre, there are no second takes. A single failure can shut down your show—and cost tens of thousands. You don’t need “cool” creatures. You need a reliable stage animatronic for theatre—forged, not just made.
Metal Experience Systems
We don’t just read your script—we deconstruct it into engineering reality
- Can your stage support dynamic loads of 80–150 kg?
- What’s the maximum performer fatigue tolerance per act?
- How many quick-change cycles are required per show?
- Is the emotional arc driven by movement, expression, or interaction—and what’s the failure tolerance?
This isn’t creative speculation. It’s risk mitigation before a single bolt is tightened.
Forging Unforgettable Stage Effects
In the silence of our workshop, we build the heartbeat of your show—transforming concepts into safe, expressive, and reliable theatre special effects.
Dinosaur Costume / Performer-Driven Puppet
(Role: The Living Myth) High-fidelity, ergonomically optimized costumes and puppets that move with actors—not against them. Ideal for believable, emotionally resonant characters, especially as a performer-driven puppet for live shows in touring or resident productions.
Realistic Puppet / Animatronic Hybrid (Optional)
(Role: The Emotional Catalyst) Where stage conditions allow (load capacity, power, access), we integrate lightweight mechanical elements for subtle expressions, synchronized gestures, or interactive beats—without compromising safety or mobility.
Custom Creatures / High-Impact Options
(Role: The Showstopper) For venues with structural flexibility, we engineer modular, transportable performers—blending puppetry, kinetics, and rapid-deploy design for unforgettable, repeatable moments.
From Our Factory to Your Stage
But don’t just see what we make. See what we make possible—when reliability isn’t optional.
Our Stunning Projects
Fantawild Stage Performances
Faced with high-risk stunts and national touring demands, our modular system delivered:
→ 100% critical show reliability across 100+ performances
→ <2-hour repair time for field failures
→ Mechanical elements only where stage load permitted; otherwise, high-fidelity puppets ensured integrity
This is what touring stage creature reliability looks like in practice—no compromises, no excuses.
